At the age of 54 I suddenly found myself with arthritis pains in my hips and lower back. My consultant advised that I wouldn't benefit from a hip replacement at this stage and I needed a strategy for dealing with the pain. I exercise regularly but still suffered from annoying aching and joint pain. Following a casual conversation about my arthritis with Andrea Goodall I accepted her offer of a nutritionalist consultation. I must say this was a very pleasant experience and completing a food diary and health questionnaire allowed Andrea to analyse my diet and health issues. Andrea provided a full analysis and recommendations for adjustments to my diet, my eating patterns and recommended some supplements. I followed her advice and adjusted to the healthier options. What took me by surprise was that my pain levels reduced significantly over the first couple of weeks. I generally felt better and I've started to lose weight too. Andrea explains the underlying reasons for making the changes, which made perfect sense to me. Andrea helped improve my digestive problems which were causing me ongoing skin issues and on daily basis high level of discomfort.
She reviewed my health history and current life style thoroughly and took my routine into consideration when preparing protocols. The answers to all of my questions came back quickly and covered all relevant information for me to understand fully her aims. I feel much better, my skin and my tummy feel better and I can just get on with my life.

What an AMAZING EXPERIENCE with an awesome lady!

As someone probably suffering from stress-induced asthma, I sought Andrea’s help, hoping that a nutritional approach might be useful. Andrea’s consultation pod is so incredibly relaxing. Her holistic approach makes you feel so important and, whatever your issues are, all she wants to do is help.

Andrea is also very professional, which is important when dealing personal issues, yet she is so eminently approachable and fantastically calming. It is not just a consultation, it is a pleasurable treat and so incredibly worth the time and money. I felt amazing before I had even taken any steps to alleviate my conditions.

I would strongly recommend anyone with stress or other problems to go and see her

I have thoroughly enjoyed my sessions with Andrea as she supports me in my quest for better health and well-being. She really listens and always goes the extra mile especially with regards to time! I have never felt rushed. She gives you the time you need to get to the root of the problem. All of this is made extra special by her office which is a "pod" in her garden. It feels like a real retreat and there's something about being away from it all that helps you start to think about how you'd like to live differently. I feel more in control of my diet and I know I'm making better choices thanks to Andrea. I can definitely recommend her. More...

I believe that a healthy diet and lifestyle are the most powerful tools we have for a healthy body and mind.

I love seeing my clients improve their health by making relatively small adjustments to their diet and lifestyle.

After being made redundant from a high profile job where I worked long hours and was very stressed I decided that I wanted to have a healthier way of life and I spent 3 years retraining as a Nutritional Therapist. I can honestly say I feel happier and healthier than I have ever felt in my life and I love seeing the difference I am able to make to other people's lives.

I believe that a personalised protocol is essential for a client to be able to make the fastest progress in a safe and effective way for their own health journey. I pride myself on listening fully to everything that a client wants to tell me. I can then provide a protocol to suit that client individually taking into account their current diet and lifestyle and to work at a pace that fits in with the clients family and work commitments.
