Had an appointment with Paul a few weeks ago. Our first inquiry into the world of "wills. A lot to learn and think about, but Paul explained everything clearly and no pressure selling. We left to consider some options before our second appointment a week later. After some serious thought my husband and I cancelled our second appointment. We felt we had a lot more to discuss and think about before progressing. We have had one follow up phone call from Thy Will Be Done to ask the reason for cancelling but at no point were we pressured into making any rush decisions. We arrived at the offices, were greeted and seated in a pleasant environment, then directed through to the meeting room and introduced in a very professional way. Everything was explained extremely well. No jargon, just plain speaking. Pricing seems very fair and in line or better than others we have spoken to. I approached Thy Will be Done as my Mother had agreed to complete a Power of Attorney. I had obtained a couple of quotations for similar work and noticed from the advertisement in the office window that the price was much lower. I emailed a request for a quotation and a very helpful lady rang me and was able to explain the cost and procedure. This was followed another call inviting us to make an appointment which I did.
Paul went through the paperwork with my Mother and I and we were given every opportunity to ask questions. The documents were prepared and emailed to me for checking and confirmation that all was correct before our next meeting. At this we were again given the opportunity to ask questions and the member of staff acted in a very professional way and showed that she knew the subject. I would have made this review an outstanding but have nothing to compare my experience with. More...

We found the team friendly and helpful. They were able to help with all the questions we asked about about completing the Wills and setting up a trust fund. They were also adaptable to changing appointments when necessary which helps when you have a hectic family life!
