What do you love most about your job?
I am able to help people to break free of narcissistic abuse. Narcissists are in the Cluster B family of personality disorders, along with psychopaths and sociopaths. Their abuse, more often than not, is not visible - there are no visible physical damages, but the emotional ad psychological effects are devastating.
I am also able to help people that feel 'stuck' in their personal lives and careers - to find ways to incorporate their passions and their talents with excellent habits, and find success.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was married to a covert narcissist for 19 years, raising two kids, and when it started to affect my physical health as well as the psyche's of my kids, and my career, it was time to get out. Once I got out, as I began my own healing journey, I realized that there was so much I hadn't known - about narcissism and its traits, about its patterns. Now armed with that knowledge and more importantly, how to not only survive it but to thrive, I am more determined now than ever to ensure that every person I can help gets their own chance at true joy,
Double this with my talents on the career level, and I want to help everyone that wants to succeed to make that happen.
Why should our clients choose you?
Narcissistic abuse recovery is its own animal, just like the narcissist. Normal modes of counseling do not touch on the very specific needs that present in this situation, and you need a coach that is aware and prepared to truly help you move forward.
On the career front - I have 25 years of escalating success in the corporate sector, as well as having started two successful companies. I want everyone that feels 'stuck' to know the tools and skills needed and be able to craft their careers to fit their life vision. It IS possible.
