Having tried acupuncture before with mixed results, my osteopath suggested Nicola Rycroft from Rowan House Health & Wellbeing in Hethersett, just outside of Norwich (she also works at Cringleford). Our first appointment was quite long as I have a very complex medical history but nothing was too much trouble and she listened sympathetically and very professionally. After the first treatment I came home and slept so well and felt so calm but also energised over the following days. I went to her with pain which needed calming down and low energy.
