Gotta love chefs who make the effort of roasting an entire pig, to perfection, just to make tacos! I mean who does that? Even the beef tacos were made with smokey tri tip, instead of some tough, unrecognizable mystery meat. Everything was delicious! The upside is they do a lot of different types of food. Enjoyed their amazing food at a Winery event this past Saturday. My girlfriend had the smoked chicken Goddess sandwich. From what I tasted it was delicious but she scarfed it down so fast that I couldn't get much lol,and she's a picky eater! I had the cheeseburger pizza! Let me just say WOW! I've never had anything like it. Everything made from scratch and cooked in a wood burning oven. I'm sure I'll be calling them for an event soon! More...

What’s your signature dish?
Because we are unique, in that we do several different types of cuisines well, we don't really have a signature dish. We constantly develop menus for each client, so as not to narrow their options.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We firstly get to know a little bit about our client, and what they desire. After determining specifics, our team will collaborate and use our vast experience and knowledge to create something artistically beautiful and delicious.
What do you love most about your job?
The thing we love most about our job is the creative process that ultimately leads to smiles on our clients faces. We do not try to squeeze new clients into narrow categories, leaving them with limited options. We see each new client as unique, and we welcome the opportunity to create something unique for them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Our passion for food is definately the main reason for starting a catering business. Other things factored in as well, such as encouragement from several others who have enjoyed our food, the fulfillment we relieved from working in the culinary business for years. Ultimately it was, and still is our passion for food that drives us.

You should choose us because, we have over 30 plus years in the food service industry, and have successfully applied that knowledge and experience to our catering business. Simply put, we absolutely love what we do!
