What information do you need from a client before you start work?
We Need to know the following details.
First and foremost your budget for the project.
Time frame - when you need this done by.
Artwork - Supplied by yourself or from your designer. If required, we can do design work in house.
Site location, for site survey if required
What sorts of printing projects do you usually cater for?
We cater for any print project, from in house wall paper, full vehicle wraps or building wall wraps and more.
Our printers are capable of printing to a max print of 1.5 meter wide by 50 meters long. Anything is possible,
Describe your creative process.
Our creative process works 99.9% better when we have the customer in house. We can start and finish any design quicker that way as the customer is present to in light us with what he/she has in mind of how the project should look. 80% of the time we can improve on the customers vision and make the project even better than what they thought it could be. Working close with our customers insure we produce the project to 100% satisfaction,
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We would require project description, any detailed info that would be required on the project. Eg. phone numbers, websites and so on,
that would start the process of work on artwork, Soon as we have an agreement on the approved artwork. Only then could we start work on the project itself.
What do you love most about your job?
We thrive on the ability to be able to go round the UK and we can say "we did that job" If it was a job we did yesterday or 10 years back.
They still look as good as the day we did the project. We work on a quality not quantity bases.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After doing this line of work for many years in south Africa, when i came to uk i work for others and decided i wanted to do what i knew how to do and had done and learnt so well , and wanted to do it for myself.
