Joe has been my personal trainer since early July 2023, and I could not be happier with his help, hard work, and dedication to me as his client. In short; if you are looking to set long-term goals to help and work on yourself and your gym goals, then Joe is definitely the PT for you! Let me tell you why: I have never in my life had any particular gym structure, but I have had PTs before and I have only stuck with them (and going to the gym) for a few months before I lost interest and quit. Joe however not only helped me with having structure and building a gym routine but he also helped me understand why and how I work towards my strength-building goals. If it wasn't for Joe's expertise, I would for sure have quit a long while ago. But here I am, over 7 months later, still going and additionally have gained a whole new perspective, appreciation, and passion for making sure that I achieve the goals I have set for myself. I have been working out with Joe for a year now and he has changed my life completely. Having a back/neck injury due to a car accident meant that I was always in pain, but since day one Joe has always found ways to make me feel comfortable while working out, addressing both my injury pain and my body/gym goals. Joe is so great to work with! He really keeps you going and helps you get the most out of your workout, he’s helped me understand the best way to get the most out of my food so I don’t have to give up any of my favorite dishes, I really feel I have a better relationship with my food and exercise now with his help and guidance he’s really encouraged me to go for it and give it my all and I’ve never felt greater about myself for it. Have trained with Joe for a few years now in classes, group sessions and 1-2-1 PT. Very approachable and full of information - whether that's on fitness, nutrition, music, or films/TV! Sessions always go by so quickly & he's very good at pushing your limits without you knowing ! 5 stars on a Joe rating is 10/10! More...

Attentive, knowledgeable and quite varied in his work outs. Sets good achievable goals and pushes you to do better. Highly recommend the 7am session, it'll wake you up.

I have been using Joe as a PT a few times a month for the past year or so. Couldn't recommend him highly enough! Atop my own training, he has helped me massively on the "Cardio" side of things, keeping me motivated in that aspect of "fitness" as a whole. Furthermore, he's helped improve my game physically too, with corrections to my form, as well as recommended workouts I myself was unfamiliar with. I'm always buzzing come our sessions as I know I'm coming away "improved" one way or the other. On a personal level, Joe is exceptionally easy to get along with, so it made these sessions so much easier, that much quicker.
