I had a very stiff shoulder after having lymph nodes removed 8 years ago. I didn’t have physiotherapy straight away as recommended, and so consequently I suffered for 8 years with pain and stiffness. I joined this gym because I knew I had to get fitter and didn’t know that my aches and pains could be ‘cured’. I told Trevor about my aches and pains and so he worked with me on my shoulder. I now have no stiffness or pain at all. It’s a miracle! To add to that as well, I had lower back ache due to sitting down in an office all day and that too has gone!Thank you Trevor for me being pain free! More...

I found Trevor after looking for a personal trainer near me in my area, and after reading his positive reviews I gave him a call to book a free consultation. Trevor is a very friendly down to earth guy who understands your fitness needs and will help you reach your goals. I've now been training with him since the summer and feel great. Each workout is varied and intense, & tailor made to fit what you want to achieve. I was feeling like a middle aged woman with a painful bad back and over weight so I decided I needed to 'get a grip' and gave Trevor a call. From the first conversation we had I knew that Trevor was going to be great! He is friendly, genuinely cares and takes time to listen to your story. Due to years of abusing my spine (through work) I have seen several osteopaths but felt I was going round in circles. After several circuit training sessions and a 1:1 back session with Trevor (where he showed me exercises and stretches that would help) I can honestly say that I feel so much better, any pain has gone and it has not returned - nothing short of a miracle!! (and a lot cheaper than an osteopath)I have also taken part in Trevor's 10 day fitness challenge which was great fun and lovely to meet like minded people. I have always trained on and off with a pt over the years and Trevor definitely is one of the best trainers in the area. Nothing is too much trouble, the group sessions are always small (never more than 6 people) everyone I have met has been so friendly, all the sessions have been different so its never the same, it is so reasonably priced, I feel I can always contact Trevor between sessions for advise (and I do!), and most importantly all the sessions have been FUN! I recently completed session number 7 and cannot praise Trevor high enough for his structured approach to building my improvement in fitness, after a fall in the summer.

He is motivational, a friendly coach, very patient, but all the time focussed in getting results...I intend to continue and make further advances.

Recommend whole heartedly. Ive had 5 one on one sessions and feel stronger and fitter than I have in YEARS!
I started because my fitness was non-existant and felt out of breath just walking fast or up a hill now I march up the hills! In such a short amount of time!
I also go with a friend for a group session once a week which is a real giggle and we both feel fantastic afterward!
Get started! you won't be disapointed!

Hi there,

I have only been with Trevor for 2 weeks and I have to say he is brilliant at what he does. I have slight wear and tear on my back and he gave me some ideas on stretches to do every morning. I am feeling fitter and I really enjoy the sessions i have and the time just flies by. He is a really good price and has a brilliant offer as you get the frist and 11th one free. Can't praise Trevor enough (but don't tell him ). I started with him several months ago and it feels like working with a good friend. He makes every session fun and different and like I'm his only client. He is a great motivator . I'm fitter than I've ever been before and I know it's because I have a great ally in becoming fitter and healthier. Love the app which means we can be in contact between sessions . Following what can only really be described as a horrific motorcycle accident (motorcycle v drunk car driver) I was left in a bit of a mess.

Way too much metalwork holding me together and little strength or feeling in my right shoulder and chest. Was recommended to contact THP and met for a chat, imediatly impressed by his “it’s not a problem” attitude.

Many many months later and I have nearly full range of movement, 80% of my strength back (way More than expected) and I have gained his not a problem attitude! I’m stronger, fitter and dramatically more flexible than I wasn’t pre accident.

I still eat too much but I feel great And I’m enjoying the things I thought I had lost for ever.

Three words: Trevor is Brilliant. I came out of christmas feeling a bit fat and unfit, looked him up and a month later I can safely say he’s the best PT I’ve had the pleasure of training with (and I’ve tried a few! ). Trevor is super friendly, he knows his stuff, he’s full of advice, he cares about what you're trying to achieve and best of all he puts you through a great workout. He motivates you as well, pushing and coaching you in a manner that doesn’t leave you wanting to pack it all in and gorge on cake. Fantastic training in Croydon. Trevor is a very motivating trainer. He is very knowledgeable about different exercises and works from the core. I saw a big improvement and would highly recommend him. I went to THP Fitness as I needed to strengthen my core as I have had a spinal fusion and I was still having problems. I also have a torn cruciate and cartilage and needed to strengthen my leg. I've been going to Trevor for around 4 months, it has been the best thing I could have done, I am now able to run and do other activities I would not have been able to with my back. Great motivator, makes the session fun, but push's you in the right direction. Fantastic, friendly trainer even though when your doing your workout you want to throttle him(only joking Trev). I've been attending Trevor's Personal Training sessions in Croydon for some time now and I cannot rate him highly enough. Although apprehensive before I went, Trevor's friendly personality, soon enabled me to relax . His knowledge, passion and motivation has enabled me not only to lose weight, but to become much fitter and stronger than I was previously. I have only had a trail session so far with Trevor, but he was open, friendly, encouraging and most importantly knowledgeable. Trevor appears to truly understand the human body, the correct movements to achieve maximum impact without causing injury, he values fitness over looks which is what I am looking for, for me looking great is just an added bonus to feeling great and having the peace of mind that you are looking after yourself. Ive not akways bewn fit, in fact i suffered with chronic back pain fir 30 years and eventually decided to take matters into my own hands and that was the start of my journeyto becoming a PT.
I trained at many gyms and knew I can do it better than the chain gyms pt’s, I don't do back to back clients but have a break to be fully prepared for my client.
I know there are a lot of people out there that hate the gym don't want to train in front of people and so in my studio it is truly one to one, me and my client. so they can enjoy their session and not feel conscious of people watching.

They should choose me if I am the right personal trainer for them, my niche is core functional fitness. I work on the core for better posture, flexibility, balance and then work outwards getting my client fit. From there they can reach their individual goals.
I am very good at motivating and spotting weakness in the body and working on those areas.
Always putting my clients welfare first before pushing them and causing injury.
Considering their best interests all time.
Its all about my clients and not me.
There isn't any competition, I believe I am the best if I am right for you.
