Our creative process includes the following stages:
1. Project Scope – We try to understand the purpose of the website and the work that needs to be done to achieve the project objectives. For this, we gather the client’s requirements and then do our own research on the data we have assimilated.
2. Planning – Once the pre work is finished the team starts sketching the site architecture: designing sitemap and wire frames of web pages. After an idea is green signaled by the client, a workflow is created which includes a list of each section and brief information of the content to be shown on each page.
3. Visual Mock-ups – If the workflow is approved by the client, we proceed with creating a visual mockup of the site. This is the best way to display what the finished website will look like, before the web developer starts building the web pages.
4. Develop – We now begin building the website on our development domain. During this phase we place the content along with the images you’ve provided and the ones which we have sourced.
5. Testing and Launch – Before we launch the site, it is tested for functionality issues, misspellings or any broken design elements on multiple browsers. Once the site is thoroughly reviewed and approved by the project stakeholders, it is launched!!
6. Maintenance – Our work isn’t over with the launch of the site as we constantly work on the back-end if any immediate changes are required and for functional testing, content checking, hosting health and platform & security updates.

And most importantly I can make a positive difference to the world.

My inspiration came when I approached a few web designers and developers to build my company's website. I wasted my time and trust in them for my project but the result I got was not satisfactory. I was left disappointed by the fact that there was no extra effort in designing the website which ultimately looked like just a bunch of templates. This act propelled my mind towards the idea of a venture, to resolve issues of people with utmost patience and effort and to make them feel that their work is important for us too. This idea led to the development of Thought Agile.
