How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
So important. Nutrition is the foundation of any good training plan. Feeding a body correctly not only promotes good health but also gives a feeling of contentment which feeds back into a positive and healthy cycle.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I look at all the different aspects of my client's lifestyle affecting their goals. I see which of these are helpful, make them stronger and help to change those which are preventing goal realisation.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Training hard but more importantly, Smart! And consistency.
What do you love most about your job?
I love working with people. Working one on one with my clients and seeing their progress is why I do this.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to use my own methods and practises. I felt that working for companies tied me to their way of conducting business.
