I am a licensed psychologist in private practice, with a mission toward helping people who are suffering from anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief and trauma. I know the therapeutic relationship is the most important curative factor, and thus, strive to create a safe, secure, and supportive environment for my clients.

What do you love most about your job?
I love the relationships I develop with my clients. There is no greater joy to me than seeing my client's and their lives transform. Continuing to learn is also a passion of mine.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I became a psychologist because I am a naturally empathetic person and I continue to devote my life's work to help those who are suffering.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am good at what I do, believe me, there are many things I am not good at, but I am grateful to have a gift in psychotherapy. I have been trained by the best and my supervisors always validated my work. I keep up to date and train in new innovations in psychotherapy.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
To keep my clients safe from Covid-19 and its other variants, I offer online/remote services for those who prefer not to meet in-person. I do understand that some clients want to meet in-person, so I make an effort to keep my office clean. I have been triple vaccinated.

The unconscious mind is powerful! In a relaed state, brain waves allow for the conscious/critical mind to step aside and suggestions can be received on an unconsious level.
