What do you love most about your job?
Explaining the actual removal to the customer, once a move has been surveyed, showing the way we would approach their actual move and answering any points that the customer needs addressing.
Completing a removal where the customer felt that their move was a pleasant experience.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Coming from a family which had a history in the removal business, my great grandfather began removals in 1924, I wanted to follow in their steps. It is a business where you meet different people everyday and are normally in a different place every day. It is a challenge every day, you have to market your service, quote, obtain jobs, carry out the removal and look after any associated aftercare.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have been brought up in the removal trade and the customer is the first and most important factor in the move. The second is the quality and professionalism of the staff employed. I am hands on and work with them. I look at a complete removal and if it is a large move, perhaps taking a few days, the strategic planning is very important to ensure a stress free move and I believe that I am fully experienced to make that happen.
