Thomas cleaning have a 'cast iron guarantee' that they will complete all cleaning at the end of a tenancy that will satisfy the letting agency.
Their website also stated that this includes oven and carpets. I paid just under £200 for the clean of a 1 bedroom flat. This seemed a lot but I was prepared to pay it for the complete clean and piece of mind. When I received the agency report, there was a whole page of items that needed recleaning, and the oven and carpet had not been cleaned at all.
They have not rectified the situation.

Wow what an amazing company and brand.
The cars look great, the staff look great and are professional too.
Pink is definitely the new black, nobody can call this team dull or boring.
They certainly brighten up my day when they are over and the house looks amazing.
