Thinkweaver follows below process to any project to ensure clear communication with clients and also to produce high-quality results.
1. Following kick off meeting, we create and develop a strategy for the campaign that works the best for the clients and their business goals
2. Start identifying the team that fits the project specifications and allot dedicated resources who can excel in delivering the best possible solution.
3. Prepare and send a clear statement of work (SoW) to clients that contains details about strategy, cost, deliverables, timelines and milestones. Approval of the statement of work marks the beginning of the project.
4. During the project, weekly and monthly reports will be sent to the client with all the necessary information and updates. We ensure clear transparency is maintained all through the project.
5. The payment once again will be decided based on the length of the project. In the case of digital marketing, it ‘d be monthly payments mostly. But for longer projects like software development, payments will be requested upon achieving the agreed milestones.
6. Upon successful completion of the project, a formal handover will be provided to the clients and ensure they are happy with the output furthermore confident to take it forward to fulfil their business goals.
