Hi, I'm Alex, I have worked in the mental health sector for the past five years. I am a registered BACP Counsellor based in Stoke-on-Trent. Over time I have worked with a wide variation of clients. I have a collaborative approach in therapy with my clients best interests at heart.

It is estimated that 1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem each year. I am passionate about supporting individuals, couples and families through difficult periods in life. I provide a counselling service for children, teens and adults. I can guide and support you to explore emotions and provide coping tools to aid changes for personal growth.

I have extensive experience working in the mental health sector. I work with children, teenagers, individuals and couples. I currently work with clients of the BBC, BMA, PFA and Houses of Parliament. Prior to this I was counselling young people within University and School settings with issues such as Anxiety, Depression and Bereavement. I have also worked within the NHS in a ward setting and out in the community.

I have worked with a wide variation of individuals, and due to this experience I work in a person-centred manner with a integrative approach to therapy. Therapy is not 'one size fits all', and my approach will be tailored to meet client needs and expectations.
