About

Humanistic Integrative Counsellor based in the Brighton and Hove area. I work with a Person Centred Foundation including other approaches such as CBT, Gestalt, Existentialism, Psychotherapy, Transactional Analysis, Compassion Focussed Therapy, Mindfullness and Focusing.
I provide Face to Face sessions in the 7 dials area of Brighton as well as via Telephone, Skype.
I am also trained in providing Online Counselling via email or instant messenger.

As a Person Centred counsellor I believe the individual is the only true expert on his or herself. I feel we all have the inner resources and answers within us to lead happy and fulfilling lives. However, at times it can be hard to hear this inner wisdom and guidance through the noise of modern life, anxiety and at times deep emotional pain. I view each person as an individual, and I strive to understand your unique experience and view of the world.

My role is to offer an environment built on compassion, a non-judgemental attitude and authentic presence, where you can discover meaningful insight about yourself. I believe the counselling relationship is a joint endeavour; a collaboration between 2 people to aid support, facilitate emotional healing and nurture growth. I passionately believe we all deserve recognition, acceptance and support within a safe space as we navigate our own personal evolution.
