The Zen Shed

Having enjoyed over the last four weeks; Yoga at The Zen Shed, I would like to share with anyone reading this post, just what an amazing experience and journey I have had so far. I have been doing yoga off and on for a number of years but this last year I have become captured both by the physical and spiritual benefits it offers. However, having found the Zen Shed this experience has been heightened beyond anything before. I have tried and enjoyed Hot Yoga for the first time and find it incredibly therapeutic; and even more mind blowing I have discovered Kundalini Yoga; Cindy has through her guidance shown me something that I genuinely believe to be life changing. The authenticity that Cindy and Guy bring to the practice is so special , with a genuine and compassionate welcome. This is reinforced in the studio's ambiance and calming feel. If you have never tried yoga, then firstly 'do, it is incredible; secondly, The Zen Shed is an amazing place to take that first step. It really is a lovely place to be. More...

Love, love, love this place. The zen shed is my second home. Cindy and Guy are so friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and experienced aim all types of yoga. Love it

Awesome yoga venue, the facilities and classes are top notch. Only wish there was a bigger timetable in the evenings and at weekends as this would encourage me to become a full member.
