MFB has relaunched and extended and honoured all packs previously purchased before the short closure.I have worked at MFB for 3 years and it is a wonderful fitness studio with amazing friendly instructors. I not only teach classes but have attended other instructors classes and they are amazing especially Daniela, Wai, Clinton, and Domi. Our small fitness classes are like small personal training group sessions and we pride ourselves on our approach to looking after all our clients. We welcome all fitness levels to all classes and we will ensure you feel comfortable and confident at every workout session! We also run a number of ladies only classes now on Wednesdays and Fridays. She guides students in their practice in order to foster independent understanding, suggesting work and study to do at home. Mira has an interactive style of teaching, encouraging students to ask questions and clear doubts. The Masterclasses rotate in turn through four broad topics, each covered once a month.
