I've only been twice - once for the Yoga of the Voice event and once for a class - but I was really impressed both times. Aside from the studio being really peaceful and clean and organized, I really appreciated how welcoming the staff was. Both times, staff immediately introduced themselves, walked me around, and showed me where to go. I can't wait to go back! More...

This place is a gem! I love all the people and the atmosphere. I recommend practicing in the sunroom while it's raining outside, because of all the windows and the relaxing sound of the rain. Today's Ariel class was my first experience outside in in the garden. Loved it! Next class I'm gonna try hot yoga in the heated room. More...

The Yoga Garden is my happy place! The studio is calming and inviting and the instructors are knowledgeable and kind. Prenatal yoga was so wonderful during my last pregnancy. Not only to help with all the aches and pains, but it helped me to breathe through a very fast and intense labor! Thank you for all that you do. More...

The Yoga Garden is my favorite place to practice yoga. The atmosphere and ambiance are peaceful and loving from the moment I step through the door. The instructors and owners are inviting and kind to everyone all the time. The variety of classes and times makes it easy for me to attend and the prices are great! I recommend The Yoga Garden to everyone from beginner yogi to experienced and young or old-- there's something for every body, mind and spirit. ❤✌🏽 More...

Truly a hidden gem in Lafayette. Having just moved here from California with roots to the Pacific Northwest, I didn't imagine I'd find an environment that harbored the depth of what some of my favorite west coast centers embodied. The Yoga Garden's peaceful and uplifting ambience instantly made me feel at home and cared for. I've been impressed with their instructors' knowledge, dedication, and reverence toward the practice and enthusiasm for bringing in more techniques. To go along with the warm, positive vibe, there seems to be a shared appreciation of the "journey" of yoga, and an optimism and love for growth and inner peace. So glad you guys are here! More...

The atmosphere at the Yoga Garden is so welcoming. So, no matter your level of experience, you will never feel intimidated. I’ve had classes with Crystal and Jarrod, who were both excellent instructors. Crystal’s clear and informative instructions helped me improve form and get more out of the class. I highly recommend checking them out. More...

It was my first time at the garden and I was greeted he second I walked in. The instructor was Alisha (may be misspelled) I did the aerial play. I had no idea it was that hard but the instructor assisted me and the other ladies in class and suggested taking the beginners course. I enjoyed the ambiance and let's not forget the owner Jarod whom I had a pleasure in meeting. Glad to see he his doing better. I will be back they may have to kick me out I never wanna leave. I had my first, of which will be many, private session with Jarrod today. Since I suffer from a rare chronic pain disease I was already tired, and in horrific pain walking in. I am happy to say that I was a different person when I walked out. Jarrod taught me each movement, breathe by breathe, explaining why he was having me breath certain ways. He encouraged me to focus on the joy of what I was feeling which allowed me to forget about my day to day pain. The many medications I take do not do for me what Jarrod helped me accomplish in only an hour. I cannot wait to see where my journey with him will lead me. More...

I have been practicing yoga at The Yoga Garden for almost three years. I've been taking yoga off and on since the mid-1990s and I can truly say this is the most amazing place to learn the practice of yoga. The Yoga Garden is welcoming to all ages, body types, and abilities. Walking in the door I am instantly calmed by the sights, the smells, and the promise of my upcoming session, no matter which class it is. My stress level has been so positively affected by practicing here that my life will never be the same.

If you are looking for a yoga studio that truly cares about your ability to manage the craziness of your life, this is the place to go. The emphasis is on your ability to find peace in your life - who could ask for more? I recommend The Yoga Garden and its incredible instructors so highly- thank you Yoga Garden, you have changed my life for the better <3 <3 <3
