This is a very special place. I almost don't want to write a review because you will all hear about it and it won't be Sussex's best kept secret any more! The Sound Bath two weeks ago was one of the best experiences of my life. Today I went to a yoga for lower back pain workshop and, again, I think this has changed my life! Also this is the most amazing place - the yurts, the campsite, the shop, the environment, the energy the place gives off. It's incredible. I'm really glad I've discovered it and I will be back! The Yoga Garden offers so much more than the bendy stuff, it truly is an holistic Yoga experience. A magical yurt, nestled into the beautiful and peaceful West Sussex countryside, it provides a perfect nurturing space to practice all aspects of Yoga. All the instructors that I have experienced there have been wonderful. Each offering something respectively unique, yet all consistent in their approach of being student centred, making everyone in the group feel welcome, fully supported and safe in developing their yoga, whilst being fully cognisant of where each individual is in their own practice.
