I absolutely love the Trussville YMCA! I attend early in the morning and love the two morning instructors Amy Clark and Sheri House! They both do a fantastic job at teaching us how to take care of ourselves, both have outstanding workouts and classes well planned out for us all! I wouldn't trade or replace them for anything! I had never been to a YMCA until today. It was very nice. It has a very cool setup. It has free weights, Resistance weights, indoor track, tons of cardio equipment, two basketball courts, studios for spin classes and other classes, steam rooms, whirlpools, two pools, and a baby pool. Absolutely great place! Best bang for your money. Workout, pool, aerobics, tennis, basketball and soo much more! Enjoy the place and some of the staff is absolutely amazing some of the others might should take notes! However that is all places, you can't make all your staff actually truly care, it is something that is truly special. I enjoy going to the YMCA doing my Zumba and walking the track. With the Zumba I have met friends and we are on Facebook together and my instructor Ronda she is Awesome you really get a work our from her and the class is getting larger on Saturday. Another thing she does not do the same routine and she tells the new ones you can modify until you gradually put more into it. More...
