Having seen a Facebook advert for The Window People I enquired about a replacement front door and side panels. Lee responded very promptly and we arranged an appointment for a quote. I was very happy with the price and Lee gave us great advice on the products. Within four weeks the door and panels were ordered and the fitters arrived on time and were very polite, tidy and thorough. Would highly recommend, did not take long from them measuring up for them to being able to start the job, all new windows and doors. We’ve just has our conservatory roof replaced as it was unbearably hot in summer and extremely cold in winter, the roof was replaced with an EPDM insulated roof, our ceiling was plastered and down lights fitted, we couldn’t be happier with the result and the cost was very reasonable, the guys carried out the work as promised and it was completed within the time frame discussed. I had 8 windows and 1 door fitted. Other than a mix up of dates, I can't fault the work or the service. Lee is a right nice bloke, fitters are all sound, I felt happy going out and leaving them to it. There's no pushy sales tactics, some really helpful suggestions and he's told me what DOESN'T need doing too! The price was more than reasonable. Our house looks soooo much better, all the work is good quality, they try to keep mess to a minimum, considering they were working in the rain I'd say they did a really good job. You can contact them afterwards easily if there are any issues and they are more than happy to come take a look. I will use again in the future/would recommend More...

I had a very small job compared to other jobs they do . I wanted a new window pane and 2 upvc cills fitting. Lee came and quoted very quickly and was a really good price. Recently had all 10 windows replaced and 2 composite doors, from calling for a quote to fitting the whole experience took no more than 3 weeks, No stress , no pushy sales, Actual window fitting 3 days only, the team made no damage to the decor , which resulted in no decorating required , winner, had a slight hiccup with the bay window, but dealt with calm, professionally , and sorted same day, everyone will have the odd occasional issue, but its how you resolve them that counts, Lee and the team fantastic Job , would definitely recommend

Recently had 3 new windows installed by Lee's team. The guys that came were here nice and early. They were very knowledgeable about what they were doing.
