I took my tiny rescue dog here today for his first proper grooming session i was so worried because i knew he would be frightened. .. I couldn't recommend Willow Tree enough! It's everything and more you could want in dog care!! Bobby absolutely LOVES this place, drags me through the door, has so much fun and comes home exhausted! ! I have zero worries about his care when he is there, the staff are amazing and dog crazy! WOW!! I'm so happy to have found Willow Tree I can't praise enough how wonderful the dedicated members of staff are, my dog is safe, well looked after and loved by all members of this amazing team ! !! But most of all Buddy thoroughly enjoys his day with all his doggy friends, he is always excitable to go and exhausted when he returns. I love reading his report card! Our young puppy Teddy thoroughly enjoys his days here. His confidence has grown with all the care from the staff & socialising with the other pups and dogs. Teddy is so excited when we arrive and always looks to be having great fun. The webcam and photos show what a great adventure he has. On the days that he attends, he is so exhausted that he comes home and sleeps. We receive great advice from the staff and they are always happy to see Teddy. Fantastic place with knowledgable, professional, approachable & friendly staff at the very heart of it.
They are flexible and incredibly responsive to bookings and queries.
They have brilliantly controlled off lead field runs (which are priceless for our zero recall skills, lurcher!); mixed with countless amounts of beds, toys & cuddles and you have the perfect recipe for a fun filled day for your pooch!
The report cards at the end of each day are hilariously written and the cameras prevent me from doing any work - keeping an eye on Larry and his pals is addictive!

Finding the Willow Tree was the best thing we could have done for our dog. We have been nothing but impressed with the staff, their dedication to the dogs and the care that is put into running the daycare. It is amazing how they know every single dog so well, what they like and dislike and who their friends are. We have a very energetic dog and work long hours so she absolutely loves her visits. She races in for a day of fun with her friends and it is amazing to be able to leave her somewhere that we know she will be safe and happy. Through her days there she has practised agility, played ball, had water play and many field zoomy walks! But more than that, Willow tree have thrown a Halloween party, celebrated Christmas and dogs' birthdays. She comes home a tired and content dog and that is so comforting for working doggy owners to see.
The staff have always been so friendly to us and when we first enquired spent a lot of time reassuring us and breaking us all into the routine gently. I really feel reassured at how thoroughly they assess every dog to make sure they are safe and compatible to join and they aren't worried about turning a dog away if it wasn't suitable to join. It keeps the dogs safer and sociable. Plus there are the daily updates and photos - so we can see for ourselves what our dog has done in the day. These little touches make the Willow Tree community and again, reassure and ease doggy owners.

We’re very lucky to have this amazing facility in our local area. Monty has been going since the early days and loves it so much!

I have been very impressed with how the team and business has developed and diversified to offer more amazing facilities. I have so much faith and trust in them which is hard not to have when they strive to achieve only the highest standards and at home time your dog comes bouncing out so happy to see you and falls asleep as soon as they get home dreaming about how much fun they’ve had with their friends!

We regularly use day care and have also used the field group run a few times which is a great new addition. The K9 Swim sessions during the summer were also a fab opportunity to get in the pool with your dog and see how much they love getting wet in the safe hands of professional trainers.

Everything is so professional and goes the extra mile, from being able to log in to the cameras and see the fun the dogs are having to the report cards and photos at the end of the day! Really can’t rate this place high enough! More...

I can't recommend the Willow Tree enough, Georgina and all her lovely staff work incredibly hard and have so much love for the dogs. My dog had her first day at the daycare today which she absolutely loved and I was able to watch through the webcam, and also had a report card at the end of the day- lovely touch. What a fantastic way to get dogs to socialise with other dogs, and have the best care and love from staff as if the dogs were their own. I sent my two dogs in for a bit of pampering at The Groom Room as they were both in need of a bath and brush. They came out looking great. The staff are super friendly, chatty & gave my dogs lots of attention as soon as they arrived. They gave each of dog a little bow for their harness, which I thought was a nice touch. Everything you could wish for and more in somewhere to leave your precious fur babies! The owner has the well being and happiness of the dogs in her care at the heart of everything she does and her young team are enthusiastic, energetic and full of passion for what they do which is provide amazing care and fun for you 4 legged friends. Our dog LOVES her weekly visit to the Willow Tree, all the staff are so friendly but more importantly they all love dogs and obviously love their jobs too. The recent "Dog Show"was a really great fun day, I know some people were disappointed by delays in the pool but that was not down to Willow Tree as it was run by someone else.
