I love The Wild Orchid! Not only was Lauren professional, but she could see my vision of what I wanted for my floral with minimal effort to explain. They offered the best prices in town and have the cutest shop in Corcoran. They offer delivery and all sorts of extras should you so choose. where do I even start!? From the consultation set-up all the way to the wedding set-up was the easiest, stress free thing we had to deal with. They really make you feel at ease and at home while we went in for the flower consultation they really listened to what flowers you were looking for and what style you like and your budget.They really listen and want to make the best for your big day! I received an arrangement of flowers today for my birthday, Friday, 1/25. The flowers were ordered from my daughter who lives in FL. When I got home from work and saw the arrangement, I was disappointed. The two main focal points of the arangement, a large orange lily, and a sunflower, were both damaged. The lily was missing a petal and the sunflower was mushy and the petals were limp and curling. Two hours later the sunflower was dead and the lily had lost another petal.My husband, who had arrived home before me, had called the florist to try to get the arrangement replaced before I got home from work, but the florist said they could not get a new arrangement to me until the next day. ***UPDATE***The owner of the shop, Lisa, called us this morning, Saturday, 1/26, and apologized profusely for the situation that occurred. She stated they would be delivering the replacement arraignment today and that she was going to have someone other than the usual delivery driver deliver the flowers to ensure they arrived in good condition.Within one hour, I had a knock on the door. The owner was standing at my door with a new arrangement. She came inside, unwrapped the flowers for me, and asked me if it was to my satisfaction, all the while apologizing again for the inconvenience. Although the sunflower could not be replaced, they compensated with other flowers. The arrangement is fresh, and very pretty. She also explained how to care for the flowers to keep them fresh, which no florist has ever told me. I appreciated the information. She also handed me a gift bag that had a box of candy in it.It is clear to me that Lisa truly cares about her customers and their satisfaction and wants her customers to be happy. That seems to be a rare quality with businesses these days.I would definitely recommend The Wild Orchid to anyone who still appreciates great customer service and beautiful flowers. More...

I was married 2/17 this year and we had The Wild Orchid design and arrange our bouquets. I can't recommend this floral shop enough. It's the cutest place and the workers make you feel you're the priority. We were married right around Valentine's day which is a busy time for florists, but Lisa called me that week to make sure everything was in order for the wedding. She even contacted my venue so it would be one less thing for me to worry about (what bride wouldn't want that!). I was so happy with the flowers and the service I received.
