Having recently moved to Leighton Buzzard I've been looking out for a local co-working space, so when I came across this I was so excited. Co-working here was just the sort of space I was looking for. There's a lovely community-focused & encouraging atmosphere, in a beautiful (quiet & light-filled) space. Charmaine is great, a real asset to our community and clearly really passionate about giving back to LB & all the small businesses that are based here. I'd highly recommend co-working here and look forward to returning. It was so lovely to get out of the house (leave all the mess at home) and be able to focus on my work. What a beautiful studio for co-working. I had the pleasure of sharing this beautiful, homely and stylish space to kick back and get on with some work. Everything you could need; kitchen area for grabbing a hot drink (there were even chocolate biscuits!) comfy chairs, speedy wifi and plenty of sockets for plugging in laptops/chargers etc. The studio is furnished with beautifully scented candles, stylish furnishings, copious amounts of space to work; a really relaxing and informal way to co-work. After I was matched with my wonderful designer Charmaine White the fun really began!
Charmaine came round for an initial consultation where we talked about likes and dislikes, design ideas, budget, mood, atmosphere, colours etc.
She instinctively understood my personality and my requirements.
At the design presentation stage I received a mood board, beautiful & detailed designs, pictures & prices of suggested items and material samples.
I felt very comfortable in feeling free to like/dislike/change items etc....but I loved and went for everything she suggested!
Throughout the deliveries, structural work time and installation period she managed the project so smoothly that it was a pleasure and totally stress free!
I could not be more pleased with my new home and don't want to go out! My friends and family are stunned with the beauty of the room and also don't want to leave (they're a bit miffed that red wine is no longer allowed tho!) It's calming, cosy, luxurious and elegant...all the things I'd asked for but way more stunning than I could have dreamed.
Charmaine, is fun, friendly, thorough, dedicated & totally on it!! I recommend her 100%.

I purchased a bungalow that had potential but needed expert hands at the interior. Charmaine transformed it into a warm home.
After our first meeting I got a sense that I was in comfortable hands and so when I gave her a general idea of what I was looking for, I asked her to surprise me. The effect is stunning in her choice of colours, furniture and general effect. She has transformed the house into a home. I am not ordinarily resident in England and so I needed someone I could hand over the house keys to and return to a finished product. She updated me constantly. Other works were going on simultaneously on the property. She went beyond the call of her tasks and constantly updated me on the status of the other works. Charmaine has an uncanny ability for being both professional and easy. Her approach to design and the little accessories and effects that made an impact are fascinating. She has made me and my family truly happy

I have photographed several of the White House's projects to date and it is always a complete pleasure working for owner Charmaine White. I can pick up so much about an interior designer's relationship with their clients, on residential projects especially, based on the willingness of the client to make their home available for a photo shoot! Charmaine's approach is clearly client-focussed, and people evidently appreciate the calmly ordered and individual style she brings to her assignments . She also has the ability, on a photoshoot, to transform a space beautifully by de-cluttering and arranging accessories and soft furnishings; this is where I can see her skills at work, and it's all done with quiet efficiency - often against the clock - and good humour! I hired Charmaine to design a makeover for my hallway and living room in the summer of 2015. We met and discussed my expectations and likes and dislikes and Charmaine presented me with her proposal a few weeks later. I was thrilled with the presentation, Charmaine had captured everything I wanted and I have ended up with a very stylish and elegant living room and hallway. We had a few bumps along the road with delivery dates and unavailability of decorators but it was all worth it. Studio Consultation - £72*
If you’re planning a makeover but don’t feel ready to employ the full services of an interior designer, take advantage of our 1-hour comprehensive consultations at our studio.
We’ll help you to consider the most important aspects of your room and show you our sample books, furnishing collection, fabrics and wallpapers for extra inspiration. Through an in-depth discussion, we’ll talk through ideas, colours, layouts and fabrics to help you on your way.
• Bring photos and layouts to the session
• Enjoy a dedicated one-to-one session with the designer
• Browse or borrow our designer fabrics, swatches and wall coverings
*The cost of the session will be deducted from any orders totalling £1000 or more
Home Consultation Package - £250 per room
If you’d like us to visit your home to give you our expert eye (to save you preparing drawings and taking photos), our experienced interior designer will be happy to advise you at your property.
By looking at your space, windows, access points and features in your home, we’ll be able to instantly advise you on layouts, furnishings, colours and fabrics. We’ll then go away to put together a design scheme filled with ideas, costs, sources and realistic timeframes.
• Our interior designer will consult you in the comfort of your home
• You’ll be given expert advice on layout, colours, furniture and fabrics
• We’ll invite you to the showroom to receive your design scheme
• You can browse or borrow our sample books and swatches.
*The cost of this package will be deducted from any orders totalling £2000 or more
Visual Design Presentation Pack - £500* per room
If you need help visualising your room, or your interior design ideas aren’t hitting the right note, we’ll help you to create a comprehensive scheme and project plan for your project.
With this package, you’ll receive everything from our Home Consultation Package but with extra guidance, visual design tools and help with sourcing fittings and furnishings.
After the initial one-to-one consultation, we’ll invite you to view your design scheme at our showroom. You’ll then be presented with a beautifully packaged interior scheme box filled with all the information you need to implement your own professionally designed space.
In your presentation box, you will receive:
• Design Scheme Mood-board
• Furniture Layout Plan
• Shopping List
• Full Breakdown of Costs and Suppliers
• Samples and Swatches (where possible)
• Installation & Styling Tips
In your follow-up session, we’ll help you to make final decisions, talk you through the project and guide you on how to achieve the final look. We’ll show you our extensive collection of fabrics, wallpapers, furnishings and accessories to give you inspiration. If you need help securing the best items for your project, we’ll happily manage the sourcing for you.

The Full Interior Design Experience - POA
The White House Interiors offers a fully managed interior design service, shaped around the way you live.
With complete project management, from concept to final installation, we work closely with master craftsmen to deliver an exceptional finish and level of detail, while you sit back and enjoy the full experience.
Concept - Each project begins with the brief and room survey. We’ll listen intently to your needs, aspirations and vision before presenting a professional concept mood-board with proposed finishes, colour palettes, furnishings, fabrics, spatial plans, furniture layouts, budget and timescales.
Development - Following your approval of the concept designs, we’ll progress with the detailed architectural drawings and specifications of bespoke furniture, joinery, lighting, fittings, textiles and electrical plans. With full 3D visualisations, we’ll then deliver the fully itemised breakdown of costs in line with the agreed budget.
Implementation - Project coordination plays a big role in the success of any interior design scheme. From supervising the interior building works and liaising with architects to overseeing the joinery and installation of furniture by our trusted craftsmen, we’ll ensure implementation runs smoothly at every stage.
Styling - With an exceptional eye for detail, we’ll check and double check every inch of your room’s decoration, finish, textiles, furnishings and fittings before completing the project with the final styling flourishes. We’ll then invite you to enjoy the final reveal where we’ll show you round your beautiful new interior.
