This is my second stay at this Westin. The hotel is light and airy as is typical of the chain. What sets this one apart is the friendliness of the staff. +Hotel employee made us feel welcomed and important. She went above and beyond. We really enjoyed our stay. The view from the room allowed us to overlook the city. Room was comfortable & clean. The double showerhead was a nice touch as well. Nice staycasio-I would suggest they have microwaves in the rooms, fans in the bathrooms, and remove $10 charge for parking fees.
