What do you love most about your job?
I love working with educators and those who serve others. I believe that when we honor our self first, we can make the most impact in our world. I use yoga and meditation to help my clients find more space for themselves.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My father passed away and I was so stressed out at my teaching position. I decided to follow his words of advice which were to "do what makes you happy." Becoming a yoga teacher made me happy and allowed me to find more opportunity an space as an educator.
Why should our clients choose you?
I believe that every body is unique. I believe that yoga and mindfulness change lives and change the world. I coach because I believe in my clients and I want to see them live their best lives.
