Ive been going here for years, yes there are other gyms in the area that have better membership fees and offer a more convenient time schedule. But the wellness institute has more options, they have a heated pool, basketball court, a track, hot tub, sauna, badminton/pickle ball, many classes that are free, and plenty of exercise equipment the list goes on. The staff is friendly. The only downfall I can think of right now is that some members fail to shower before they enter the pool as required. More...

Recently I signed up for the Physical Literacy Program. Amy and Dorotea are very helpful at rehabbing a poorly healed old injury and very accommodating and reassuring. My goal is to get back into reasonable shape come the new year and with their assistance I know there will be no further obstacles to my fitness goals. The Wellness Institute is a very professional facility offering many services / facilities. I often took the yoga classes - equipment is always provided and depending on the teacher, you can find a class to suit your level/style. I also walked the track - depending on the time and day, it could be rather busy but not a problem. There is a vast selection of equipment for training purposes along with a pool/hot tub/steam room. I have not used these; however, its wonderful they provide this. The machinery for cardio is abundant and often complete with TV/entertainment system. I would highly recommend Wellness Institute. Saved my life .Last week I was working out when I started to not fell well .So eventually I ended up asking a stranger that was ready to leave to get me some help from the staff .
