Getting acupuncture by John is a fabulous way to be refreshed. I had a back pain, knee pain, and a severe pollen allergy. It's hard to believe but they are all gone ... My truest healthy body thrilled my heart and reminded me that I could do more of what I loved to do. So I ran a full marathon for the first time in my life. I had Ups & Downs through my training, but John's acupuncture treatment helped me to recover my body quickly and made my legs feather light. I spent 10 years in the military with two deployments in that time, since being out of military I have delt with pain constantly. It wasn't till I started receiving treatments from Dr Rybak that I seen days with no pain and no meds needed. As I continued treatments the amount of days with no pain continue to increase. I went to John after hearing from my friend who raved about her positive experience after treatments for insomnia and allergies. This is the first year in 20+ yrs that I have not had to take any allergy meds daily from Feb-June! Goodbye drowsiness and fog brain. This result was even after we had to redirect my treatments for Bells Palsy. One side of my face was paralyzed. I followed up my treatments by John with a visit to a medical specialist at a well known center in town. Working with John Rybak here at Wellbridge has been a game-changer for me. He is both an excellent listener and educator throughout the treatment process, and I always feel like I have an understanding of the techniques he is using and what they are specifically working towards. Acupuncture is daunting for many, and I was once a bit of a skeptic myself, but the kind of relief I'm getting from the appointments and the way my symptoms (acid reflux in my case) have abated over the past couple of the months can't really be argued with. I'm shocked at how well acupuncture has helped me. I went in primarily for back/neck pain. I am to a point where I'm not in constant pain, which is amazing as I pulled a disc in my back over twenty years ago, and have been in pain every day since then until now. In addition to this, I have quit smoking after 30 years. I have tried everything (patches, pills, hypnosis, etc) and this is the first time in my life that I quit smoking, cold turkey. I still can't believe it. I can't say enough about this clinic. I had a few acupuncture sessions a year ago in another state, but didn't feel results. I believe it is Johns approach to overall wellness, and his in-depth questions and attention to my specific needs that have brought these results. I truly am impressed with John and this clinic and would recommend it to everyone that is suffering in any way (chronic pain, depression/anxiety ,addiction, etc). I was waiting for my snowboarding injury to go away on its own but it only got worse. I decided to go to WellBridge Clinic and take care of it. After 6 sessions of receiving acupuncture, moxa and massage, my shoulder pain is gone!

He made it seem so simple to take care of. I don't know why I waited so long; but am happy I did it...now ready to get back on the mountain and dominate!

Don't be like me and wait for your pain to go away. Take care of it through acupuncture with John. You'll be glad you did.

I had back surgery in '92 and have been dealing with it ever since. The variety of treatments (heat, pressure points, pins, exercises)from John and the pharmaceutical Chinese herbs he's prescribed have made a huge quality of life difference for me. So my acupuncturist said I need to take care of my digestion better with some probiotics. I found some probiotic Gummies at Costco and that night while I was watching TV I ended up eating the whole bottle of probiotic gummies! Lucky for both of us the next day I had an acupuncture appointment and (did I mention I love my acupuncturist he helps me so many things and he's funny too) but when I showed up to his acupuncture appointment I really had to go to the bathroom. Unfortunately I plugged the toilet but John's a good sport and it all worked out.

John has worked wonders with me. I was referred to him through a friend, who I told one day about some serious back pain I was having. He called John right then and John and his team set me up with a next day appointment.
After one appointment I felt enough relief to function normally (drive, sit in a chair and sleep!), and after two appointments I could actually walk and sit again without extreme pain. Within a week I felt like I was able to identify and deal with what was causing my issues. John encouraged and allowed me to run, which is my passion, while still making sure I was going at the right pace and recovery rate for long term success.
I am a breast cancer survivor, and had latissimus flap surgery within the previous year, so I felt like my situation was rather unique. And John dealt with that respectfully and asked questions and made sure we were on the same page the entire time. He really took the time and care to understand and listen, and has helped me believe that although my life and body will not be like it used to be, I can still feel good, I can move past the pain, and find a pain free "new normal".
My conventional doctors have been great, but when one of them told me that at 43 years old I "just had to live with the pain and be thankful you're alive" I knew I had to find an alternative source of therapy. I AM thankful to be alive, but I also just don't want to be in pain for the next few decades. Seems as if that's not a lot to ask, really!
John has been amazing at knowing what to do, talking with me about what to focus on, and finding the solution to pain and discomfort that I thought would really take years to find the answer to.
I cannot speak highly enough of John, his abilities and capabilities, and what he has done for me. I would highly recommend him for anyone with pain, discomfort, migraines, stress, scar tissue discomfort, or even the common cold. He can give relief where perhaps you didn't think it could happen. I have been getting acupuncture from John for a number of years now. He has helped me significantly with chronic knee pain, stress, sleep issues, and most significantly, seasonal allergies. My seasonal allergy symptoms have reduced at least 90% with his treatments. This past Spring I did not need to take any OTC allergy medication and I was able to mow my lawn without wearing a mask! Ok..let me see where to start on what I think about John and His practice. I am 45 years old. I hurt my neck back in February of 1995 in the Navy.
I was diagnosed with Spasmodic Torticollis. I have been through much different types of pain pills, muscle relaxers. Nothing has seemed to work withour being a zombie.
My Veterans Doctor suggested I try accupuncture. I was like whatever, it will not work. I started last week with the intake. My pain level is usually 8 to 9. After my initial intake treatment my pain level dropped to 4ish, and lasted about 14 hours. I went to see him yesterday and I finished around 645pm. It it is now 550 pm. My neck pain level is about 3 to 4. My neck twitches have reduced by 1/4th.
Now if the future is anything like this past two sessions then I am all for it. I just hope the VA will allow me to continue after the 6 visits.
I am excited to see how long the pain goes away for...
