This place radiates good vibes. Staff are friendly, prices are reasonable, and they offer a wide variety of services. I would definitely recommend chiropractor Dr. Manavi, he is nice, professional, and communicates well. I had the best experience at The Well. I went because I was in intense pain and having a lot of trouble working due to the physical nature of my job. I was able to see Gary on short notice and he was amazing. This place is the most professional place I have been to. Everything was explained to me before the massage and during as well. After only two sessions my pain was mostly relieved, my mobility is increased and it was worth every penny. I had 6 sessions with my last RMT and did not reach the level of health I have after only 2 sessions with Gary. Yes, your time does start as soon as you enter the room and I can understand why some people are upset with that but they do have a schedule to keep and it is still the time of the RMT you are paying for so in my opinion they should be paid for their time even if the massage has not begun. The explaination and forms is part of the service and keeps it professional and safe. And remember that they will not receive the full payment of what you are paying, as the clinic needs to get a cut as well. More...

noticed this place on my leisurely walk along Queen West and sauntered in to investigate their pricing. I was immediately greeted warmly and told about the various services they offered which all sounded too good to turn down. I immediately booked a 30 minute with Gary, which turned into a 60 minute massage - but felt like all of 15 minutes (it was that good). with their reasonable pricing, excellent and attentive service and proximity to where I live, I'll be going there lots. Jessica and Martha are great! the only downside is that the minute you enter the room that is when your time starts. meaning, the time they ask you questions, the time you undress, the time that you wait for them to enter the unit, is all in the time that you booked the massage for. I have been going here for years and won't go anywhere else. I have even moved out of the city and travel here because I know the massage therapists are great and the massage is amazing and healing. I have just booked my first acupuncture appointment as well so I'm looking forward to that. They have also made it so easy to pay through insurance because they bill your insurance company directly.
