Sarah is the BEST! She takes such good care of our two dogs and keeps us informed about every little thing with them. It definitely gives me peace of mind when I'm at work knowing my dogs are doing fine. She is incredibly flexible and understanding with my crazy schedule.. I've cancelled just a few hours before she was scheduled to come (because my husband was home sick) and I've called her at 10:00pm on a Saturday night (because a dinner we stayed out late after a wedding) and she was always completely fine with it and able to feed, walk, and play with our dogs. Sarah took great care of my lab Rosie while we were out of town for a few days last month. Rosie is a very high energy pup who is used to getting lots of daily exercise. ..and knowing that, Sarah made sure that Rosie was sufficiently tired at the end of each visit (she sent us videos and pictures of a happy and panting pup). We are so lucky and blessed that we found Sarah to watch our lab, Riley, while we were away over Thanksgiving! This was our first experience with a dog sitter and we could not be happier with the experience we had with her. She took extra time out of her day to take Riley to the beach, Riley's happy place :) and sent us pictures and/or videos everyday with an update on how Riley was doing. Not only did she take wonderful care of Riley, she also brought in our mail and packages that were delivered, along with making sure our house looked lived in while we were gone. We used Sara as our dog sitter for the fist time this weekend, and couldn't be more pleased. The initial meet-n-greet went well, we liked her and so did our labs.
She listened to us, took notes, and passed the "We like her" test with Sushi and Hali.
It was so nice to be able to leave town for a long weekend without worrying about "the girls". We got regular updates and pictures. Now we feel that we have a reliable pet-sitter, we'll be able to consider future travel and time away with an easier mind. Highly recommended to everyone needing this type of service.

The Wag Factor is the absolute BEST. Sarah, the owner, has been helping with my one and a half year old puppy for a year. She is amazing at what she does . I felt comfortable with her from day one and trust her one hundred percent with my fur baby, Lyla. Sarah takes my dog on regular walks through out the week, and has done multiple overnights with her when I have gone out of town. She is incredibly reliable and works hard to make her schedule work for all her clients. She sends detailed updates and adorable pictures after every visit which I look forward to while I am at work! What do you love most about your job?
Our passion is helping busy pet parents with the care of their beloved pet, when they can't get home during the day. We love to spoil all our 4-legged clients and provide our human clients with peace of mind while they work.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After always rushing home during my lunch break to be with my dog, I realized how stressful that can be. Traffic was unpredictable and it was hard to leave work. It inspired me to start The Wag Factor in hopes of helping busy pet parents take care of their pooch when they can't get home.
Why should our clients choose you?
The Wag Factor is licensed, bonded, and insured. Our walkers are employees and they go through an extensive on boarding process which includes background checks, online and in person training, and completing a CPR course. Our walkers love what they do and it's their passion to provide our clients with the best possible care.

Dog Walking
The Wag Factor specializes in daily dog walks. Our goal is to help the busy, working class community take care of their pups. Dogs thrive on exercise and attention.
