These guys were great. Turned up ON time, the chaps were polite, professional (and wiped down the woodwork around the bay window after washing the windows. Nice touch, and it's clean now!) Then they apologised for having to use a pole to clean the dormer window at the back (which is inaccessible by ladder due to conservatory) - no need to apologise when you can't get to it! AND they are coming on a cycle to suit us and on a day convenient for me, not what suits their booking diary. Really impressed. More...

Had my front windows done by this company as I was let down by someone else waiting almost a week I decided to give these a try, they arrived when they said would and did a good job, only criticism is they could have knocked on the door to get the money instead of just putting a leaflet through the door as i was in and had the money waiting, but I will more than likely use them again :-)

Not only do they notify you the day before to say they will come and clean your windows but if you were to contact them with a query you receive a reply the same day! If only other businesses could learn from Vision Technician.
