Had a fantastic experience at the Village Pottery as part of a group work Christmas afternoon! Stunning products are all around in the studio, so you feel really inspired to create something from the moment you step in! Jen and Sian were so patient and talented and helped all 20 of us to create some amazing pieces on the wheel and by hand! Spent a super-fun afternoon making pottery with these guys... Aside from a lot of fun in the making, the stuff they helped us make was amazing! Every time I get it out of the cupboard it makes me smile. Really ace.... their products are lovely too. Very highly recommended! Love this little pottery. Bought an amazing saltglazed giant bowl in 2012 and had to come back. They still make some pretty nice stuff and now have a beautiful smaller bowl as well.

My girlfriend and I had a fantastic pottery lesson with Jen. She was very welcoming a very patient teacher! The shop is fantastic, and having given the wheel and some hard sculpting a go, I can certainly appreciate the talent that goes into the cups, bowls, signs and other products. I would highly recommend booking a lesson, its something different, great fun and you'll learn something new. More...

On the way between Clifton Village and the suspension bridge sits this delightful little enterprise. Clearly based around the things they love, the two main enterprises here are pottery and home cooking. Think of it not so much as a shop but rather someone's house. A cottage perhaps nestled in the forest somewhere, bursting with good energy and creative ideas. Where else can you try your hand at getting your baby's feet printed in pottery, whilst sipping a fresh coffee and tucking into some delicious cheesecake? Where else can you sit and chat and feel like you're a thousand miles away, yet just a few hundred yards from the main drag? Not many other places.This place is unique and well worth a visit. More...
