We're always keen to hear the story behind YOUR business. We can quickly establish a customer avatar and base a lot of marketing around that avatar.
We're keen to lean on YOUR USP and how you can make the life of your customers better.
We're also keen to know your vision, both short and long. This gives us clarity on your personalised strategy and how we can best tailor it to YOU and YOUR business.
Lastly, your goals. Short. Medium and Long. Again, this gives us targets (which are always adjustable) that we can aim to beat!
Describe your creative process.
Our creative process is almost always about conveying the message of YOUR business. The team are all creative people, but we're really good and getting behind your goal and vision and displaying the best version of you and your business.
We like to get some key ideas down, style, colour palette, overall message & then we let our creative juices run!
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Depending on the service we're providing (we provide a lot) it can range from very little, to a medium amount of information. Details of social media & website logins are a must. Also, depending on the service other details can be needed for things such as email marketing or eCommerce.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people. Pretty simple really. It makes me feel good, it makes them feel good, and that's why I get out of bed on a morning!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always enjoyed helping people and would revel in any opportunity I could get to help someone. I looked at what skills I have (2 degrees & a masters) and how I could use those skills to help others.
I wanted to help small to medium businesses grow and flourish and that was the birth of The Valhalla Collective!
