The Vale Practice

I would very highly recommend The Vale Practice. I walked in off the street because l was beside myself with back pain caused by a fracture sacrum after an abseiling accident while filming For 2 and half yrs I had been on very strong high doses of painkillers, I had injections galore but nothing seemed to help. I walked in off the street and thank God I did Helen Reeves listened to the history of the injury and has been amazing After 3 visits there was marked improvement I After 5 visits it was like a miracle. It has changed my life. The Vale does a special on Wednesday for the over 65 which l now take advantage of and will make regular visits.
