I have a mailbox at this location and have for a few years now. The previous owner was very accommodating as is the new owner. Just last week, I had business equipment that was delivered and I needed it the next day, but I didn't realize it until 6:45. They close at 7:00. I called and spoke to Leslie. She told me that since they were closing she would try, but she couldn't make any promises, which I understood. They were trying to close. I told her I would be there right at 7:00. I'm really surprised by the negative reviews. I needed a package setup with international courier pickup and then ship to the store. Neil spent the time to work with UPS support and get it setup for me. My package came quickly, and the store went above and beyond setting this up for me. I had come in this store in the past and had very bad service but I decided to try them again. I called and asked a few questions to make sure they could help me with what i needed. The lady on the phone was nice and helpful. When i arrived she was just as nice and took her time and explained my options. There was a woman behind me in line and an older gentleman came in the door from outside and soon as he stepped in he asked if he could help the lady behind me.
