Direct to garment printing
This is a leading edge method of printing any design direct to the garment. The print can be photographic quality, up to 50x40cm in size, and print within a minute onto almost any garment. Our capacity here is 1000 tshirts per day and minimum orders start at 1.
Screen Printing
This is a more traditional method of printing and requires larger orders for viability. This print can be up to 12 colours, up to 60x45cm in size, and 300 units per hour per design. Our capacity here is up too 20,000 per day.
Embroidery
We offer embroidery on anything from 20 units upwards. We can embroider almost every clothing garment as well as things like bags, caps, socks, towelling etc. Our capacity is 50 embroidery heads and 10,000 units per week.
Sublimation printing
This is a relatively modern method for the garment printing industry. It requires polyester, satin, viscose or other man made materials to be in the composition in order to transfer the print. The print is an all over garment technique, with no texture to the finish and highly vibrant colours. We accept orders of 50 upwards and have a capacity of 30,000 units per week.
