What an amazing place,had my son’s 18th birthday party last night , the night was perfect thanks to the efficient staff who were very friendly and helped the night run perfectly, the food was outstanding absolutely delicious, thankyou to all the staff you were all amazing, made some precious memories and will definitely have parties here again .

My GPS surgery uses the main bar area here as a clinic for the FLU JAB each autumn. By having large numbers of staff in one place at one time lots of people get protected I WAS THERE FOR LESS TIME THAN IT TOOK TO POST THIS. Have you had yours yet .

Recently attended an important corporate announcement here, just under 100 people.Very polite helpful staff.Plenty of room for us all and the venue was private enough for the company. I take back my two star review, last Saturday night I attended the towers excited to get back to playing snooker, unfortunately you aren’t allowed to play snooker after 8pm without a guardian 15 years or below. Although, I wasn’t aware of this as I have played before above 8pm, the staff member working there informed me and wasn’t very polite about it. In addition, the same staff member yesterday didn’t ask my friend if he was a member- wasn’t professional customer service. Nonetheless, I love the facility, snooker/pool tables are high quality. And I do miss the old staff. But I do recommend this hall over any other in the area. More...

4 of us had a few hours on a pool table. Pretty good. It is the smaller table. Not quite £10 for our whole time. Drinks are pretty cheap and they have "Red Bull" on tap. It got pretty hot but we switched a fan on which helped. Very good place. They do food too which we will be trying next time. More...
