Architectural Work

The Tooley & Foster Partnership is fully committed to providing the best possible professional services throughout all stages of the design and construction processes. In every case we offer a high degree of expertise and a competitive fee structure. We have a number of strategic framework agreements with clients and are actively involved in Partnering on many projects. Our services include: Architectural commissions for new-build, refurbishment and conservation projects, generally between £250,000 and £30 million contract values. An integrated Interior Design service for all architectural projects. Party Wall advice and CDM 2015. Certified Passivhaus Design. Code for Sustainable Homes assessments. BREEAM assessments. Joint or independent Structural Engineering services. Joint or independent Landscape Architecture services. In addition, we undertake feasibility studies and project management and offer advice on the conservation of historic buildings. We also have long standing relationships with other consultants which enables us to provide a fully integrated design service when required. The Partner/staff ratio is intentionally high with two Partners or a Partner and Associate always fully involved in every project from inception to completion. The experienced design and technical staff work at BIM Level 2, complemented by full BIM technology. Our Quality System operates in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 and our Environmental Management System is in accordance with ISO 14001:2004.
