We have had a complete bathroom refit and have to say we were lost and unsure at the start of what we wanted and what products to choose. We feel very lucky to have found Lee (Ambient heating and plumbing) to do the work and the team at The Tile and Bathroom Warehouse for the products. We were guided and advised from the beginning by both and feel they were confident and knowledgable (without ever being pushy,) but gave their expert advice and opinion which was what we needed! There was a great working relationship between the two separate businesses (which definitely helped when we needed to change products quickly, we don’t know what we would have done if we had ordered online!) Lee and his team worked extremely efficiently, and was very tidy and respectful of the house, totally trustworthy, great finish. From our first visit to the show room where Russell showed us around, we found the Tile and Bathroom Warehouse to be really helpful and knowledgeable. We eventually ordered some tiles for our bathroom and utility room and there was a problem with the supply of our first choice option (they had been discontinued) but Gemma and the team were able to source a really nice alternative for us at no additional cost. We also had an issue with the installation of our tiles and had to start again. Once again, the team bent over backwards to help us and I am pleased to say that the tiles are now in place and they look great. I will certainly use this company again and the whole process really showed me the benefits of using an independent company that cares about their customers. More...

We have nothing but high praise for Mark, Gemma and Russell. After countless issues from a previous company, where we had multiple issues. Mark and his team bent over backwards to resolve all our issues, nothing was too much trouble. From the first time we walked into the showroom, we felt reassured Mark was extremely knowledgeable and puts all his customers at the heart of everything he does. His experience within the bathroom trade sets him apart from the competition and he really did exceed our expectations, making a terrible situation into a top class finish. To say we are ecstatic about our new bathroom would be an understatement. The recommendations they made regarding the fit were spot on and we wish we took his advice from the onset. We unfortunately did not use Marks/Gemma’s recommendation regarding the initial bathroom fitters (wish we listened) and we made a poor choice, which left us in an untenable situation, which resulted in multiple errors, poor fit, broken products, to the fault of our fitter. When we approached Mark and the team with all the problems, they helped to restore our faith, and turned a bad situiton into a positive. We are extremely happy with the end results, also grateful and upon reflection hindsight is a wonderful thing. We will definitely use Mark and his team again for future projects, not just for the products but for his tradesman contacts, and outstanding customer service. Marcus & Lee the recommendation from the team who fitted our bathroom (the second time round) did an outstanding job, as they were left with horrendous problems. I thought I knew exactly what I wanted, but realised quickly that some things on my wish list were impractical for the hard water we have in Bristol. Mark’s knowledge made it really easy to revise my original choices, but still give me the same desired look. In two visits I had a final CAD drawing of what my finished bathroom would look like with the exact fittings and tiles I had ordered, and the products were delivered on the day my fitters started work.
