We went to a wedding last night at the Three Swans. The room was perfect for a wedding. Drinks are quite pricey our bedroom had everything we would need. Including a fan a iron. bottled water. Bed was comfortable. The out side seating area is lovely with plenty of pretty flowers in hanging baskets. The staff are all Friendly and helpful and polite. Breakfast was perfect. We will definitely be visiting the Three Swans again More...

Popped in this Sunday afternoon and was informed by Will about a new beer, the Hop House 13... What a recommendation, it went down a treat - Aswell as the pizza we had, made freshly outside in the pizza oven!

A lovely place with the sun shining, would definitely recommend to anyone!

We had our wedding reception at the Three Swans and it was fantastic! Rob and his team were friendly and professional, had regular meetings with us to plan our reception and ensured the day ran smoothly. We didn't want a traditional three course meal and they were happy to work with us to instead provide a BBQ-style serving platter to each table - the food was so tasty and plentiful! Thank you to all involved who made our day so perfect for us! More...

We held a wedding event/reception at the Three Swans on Saturday evening after getting married abroad - Rob's (Event Manager) work from first enquiry up to the event, and Marie, Kerry-Anne and all kitchen and serving staff on the day ensured that the event ran exactly as we wanted.

The function suite at the Swans is a great size, with a separate room/bar where guests can sit and chat - it was our favourite of the venus we visited.
We particularly liked that our guests were able to choose their own meals (3 course served meal) - this was handled seamlessly and all of the food was excellent - many of our guests commented on the fantastic venue set-up and rated the meal as amongst the best wedding food they'd ever had.

Those that stayed at the hotel (including us) were delighted with the accommodation as well, but Market Harborough is also a good choice in terms of guests having other local choices suitable for all budgets and room types.

We had an amazing time - I really can't overstate how great the Three Swans event team were and we thoroughly recommend them for a wedding or other event - they were an absolute joy to plan the event with, they were super responsive to emails - the venue delivered on everything and took genuinely excellent care of us and our guests on the night. Fantastic value for money -thank you so much to all staff involved with our event!

From the moment I checked in I knew I would be a happy lady

Reception were very helpful with my needs , the room was very clean and had everything I needed as was lovely and warm as it had been snowing and outside was bitter cold !

The restaurant was out of this world .... the food was amazing ! I enjoyed the main I had on my first nights stay that much that I had to have it again on the second night

Also the choice at breakfast was very accommodating , hot and cold buffet , tea , coffee , hot chocolate , choice of juices and a very vast space which is nice as I’m not keen on having my personal space invaded !

Again , the staff were very pleasant even thou they were quite young ( or maybe I’m old )

I would definitely return to The Three Swans again and if any of my friends asked me about it I would tell them to come and stay here and definitely sample the menu

Overall a lovely few days away , even though my stay is work related if I have to visit Market Harborough again this will be my number one choice to stay at and definitely to eat at

GREAT PLACE !!!!!!

Thanks to you all xx

Would have been 5 star but for being charged £5 for a lager shandy (phew).
Nice place. Good food. Plenty of choice. Friendly staff.
Yes, I will quite happily return.

We’ve just got back from a one night stay - we were originally coming for a night away from the kids but last minute plans changed & we asked if there was space for our 5 year old - they were so accommodating! She had a lovely bed made up for her, her own hot chocolate, bottle of water and chocolate bar and the service was brilliant.
We had room service for dinner, which was also fab quality and super quick!
If I had to fault it, I’d say that the bathroom wasn’t super clean (not disgusting but a few bits of dust and dirt and black grout) and needed a bit of an update, but it wouldn’t stop us revisiting. Also we were in the Bewick rooms, we couldn’t work out how to adjust the heating so were very warm all night, and the church bells went off every 15 minutes so we didn’t get a perfect sleep! Next time we will ask for a room in the main part.
We will be back!

As a resident of M Harborough I don’t write as someone who has booked rooms at the Three Swans Hotel, merely someone who popped in for a couple of pints on a sunny day and enjoyed sitting outside in the courtyard lapping up up the summer sun. I was impressed by the atmosphere of the place and the little nuggets of history that line the walls in and around the bar. Such friendly and accommodating staff, I observed some excellent customer service from my vantage point. Having read some reviews I have discovered that staff, although young, can be quite nice and chips are served with.....salt!! Good for the hotel to publish all reviews good or bad. It’s great to see that common courtesy, good service and a sense of humour still exist in places like the Three Swans. I’ll be back soon. More...
