I visited The Therapy Zone a number of times following a shoulder surgery. The practice is very accessible being right in the city Center and a minutes walk from the metro and train station. Inside it is very clean, comfortable and welcoming with some amazing art on the walls (done by Sarah the owner of the practice). It’s a really serine and relaxing environment.Sarah the therapist is just like the practice warm and welcoming, put me at ease immediately. She is very knowledgeable and went through what I wanted out of the treatment and different ways this could be achieved. The treatments were out of this world having an impact from my first visit, so much so the recovery time was more than halfed than I was told to expect. The prices were cheaper than any other place I have been to and I have been to a lot of places but now would never dream of going anywhere else.Thank you More...

After many years as a serial "sitter" at desks, in cars and then collapsing on sofas my back and neck were causing me pain and discomfort. I've had many different massage treatments and these have often felt "nice" but didn't tackle the root of my problem. Was feeling very anxious,stressed and uptight today and so rang Therapy zone to see if they could fit me in at all. Luckily there was a time slot available at 2p. m.When I arrived Sarah was very welcoming. She asked me if there was any health problems that I suffered from etc. She did a full assessment before she started working on me. My massage was the best money I have ever spent. I felt like a new woman,like she had lifted an enormous weight off my shoulders. I have had massages before on holiday and have enjoyed them but this was took to another level.She hit every tense muscle and stretched it out.Sarah is a very professional, nice and polite lady who is very very good at her job.Will definitely be going back. Having had lots of stress which caused me lots of pain and aches in body. I went to see sarah.. she give me full body massage which helped so much. Sarah is one of the nicest and genuine girls you could meet who genuinely wants to help.. she is professional and keeps your dignity covered at all times. Following a bout of poor health I was diagnosed with M.E./Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for which there is apparently no cure. I read that reflexology may help the condition and therefore visited Sarah at The Therapy Zone to undergo some reflexology sessions . At that point in time my health was so poor I struggled to get out of bed on a daily basis. Initially Sarah advised me that with my condition I may feel worse (which I did), however after only three sessions I started to feel dramatically better.
