We cannot talk about the food because we never had to taste it. We booked the truck for lunch at work but they cancelled 2 hours before they were suppose to show up. People did not bring lunch expecting to buy from the truck but no truck, no lunch. They were not apologetic and acted as if it there was nothing wrong with the situation. Everything I've had here so far is perfect for the style of food they serve. The oysters and shrimp are crisp and flavorful, the Gumbo just spicy enough (with chunks of crab and oh so many shrimp), and the wings are cooked well and yet still moist inside. Oh my word! I first tried some of these delectable creations prior to becoming a vegan when they catered at my job and I was blown away! They have since added a vegan menu which I don't even have words for. I have tried nearly every vegan/vegetarian restaurant in the metro Atlanta area and man, this is the one! Today, I had the etouffee and it greatly surpassed my expectations! Large portions, and super filling. They came by and provided food for my family during our time of celebrating the life of my uncle who we just loss. The food was awesome and I must say that Whiting Fish was fried and seasoned just right I've never tasted any so good. All the rest of the food was great too.
