The Studio - Temecula Pilates, Yoga & Spinning

This studio is the best. I Was introduced to Pilates when I purchased a special deal off the internet. Janice walked me through every move and since then I've been hooked. This studio and it's benefits are priceless, it’s practically like having a personal trainer watching your every move. My body has completely changed with Janice. She really focuses on your movements, your body, your structure. I travel often and have been to several other studios, hands down, The Studio is my favorite. Other studios hardly have you stretch before working out. There's several classes to choose from which is so wonderful for keeping your body alert. I love her spin class and TRX will kick your butt! Loved it!! It's been years that I haven't spinned due to a bruised tail bone, Amelie Subiti, the spin instructor was amazing and super knowledgeable, fun class I will be returning !!
