I love researching, learning about and sharing with people how to live happily through mindfulness.

I started questioning the way I lived when it became clear that no matter what I achieved, the uneasy background hum of tension was getting louder rather than quieter. My interest in philosophy and psychology became stronger and I spent a lot of the next six years researching and learning about how to be happy. This business is the result of that.

I am incredibly passionate about helping myself and others quietly transform their lives from the inside out with mindfulness.
