We live in an area where the water is really hard. Andrew came by and showed us the effects on simple things such as laundry. We decided to get the system. It’s been great! We don’t have to buy bottled water, dishes are more clean, laundry is softer. So far we have absolutely 0 regrets! George and Josh came and installed it and were amazing! We are loving our Source H2O filtration system! The drinking water tastes amazing and is extremely refreshing. Our 16 year old son was ecstatic about how soft his skin was after taking his first shower with the filtered water. I have a job where I am constantly washing my hands and with this softer water my hands haven't been as rough and dry even before applying lotion. WOW where do I start with this Company. They have been great from the first day I contacted them. I moved here from Florida and needed my whole house system installed and didn't know anyone in the area so I just had to call random water companies in the area. Most companies wanted to sell me a new system or an upgrade my old one, UGH....but Michelle from The Source H2O was like no problem we can be out to install your unit for you next week. I was like awesome. Michelle sent out a great technician named Ryan who was a very detailed oriented and he treated my new home like it was his own. He did such a great job and had a great personality to go with it. He explained why he was running the tubing the way he did instead of just coming in installing it and leaving with no explanation why it was ran the way it was. I also like he was a veteran!!! I love and use companies that hire Vets!! Ryan completed the job with no hidden charges or issues. Great job and I would highly recommend this company. More...

5 Stars We love having clean water, we could taste, feel and see the difference right away. The water is so hard my skin was very dry, I can see and feel a huge difference. I really like how clean everything is, I like that just clean water cleans my stainless steel appliances. The process was super easy and enjoyable. Jay came out tested the water, explained the system, answered all our questions, he is knowledgeable and friendly. The install was what we expected, Geore and Dylan were professional, very knowledgable, and explained everything. We needed a water pressure regulator, I really appreciate George and Dylan installing it, and it was not left for us to figure out, they went above and beyond. A day later Misty came out, tested water, delivered all the products, and went over everything with us. Misty is very nice and gave us some great tips, she took her time and ensured we had had everything we needed. We are very satisfied and highly reommend clean water. More...

Today, we had a service visit for our water filtration system, which we've had for approximately three years. Darryl, did his job professionally and answered all our questions. A friendly fellow, he was quick and efficient! Since we have a softener with our system, we also have a Reverse Osmosis filter for the kitchen sink and use it for our drinking water. We live in a rural area and our water comes from a well. So we're glad we purchased from The Source H2O...it does a great job! More...

The team we worked with was wonderful! They were very informative and patient with us and our questions. They did a demonstration of the water's cleaning properties by itself and it was amazing how they got a rust stain from by our fridge off of my linoleum floor! Both of my children and myself suffer from really bad eczema and since using the Source H2O system we have not had any break outs or nearly as much itchiness!!! I have had The Source H2O water systems installed in my home for the last 5 years and it is the best water and customer service out there! They even moved my system to my new home 30 miles away when I sold my old home. I just recently had the best customer service and wanted to give a shout out. I hadn't had my water serviced or filters changed in 2 years and the two reps that came out, James W. and Darryl W. were so awesome! I had a bunch of questions and they answered all of them and were so kind. They were both super knowledgeable and I felt very safe and taken care of. And the best part was after 2 years of not servicing my system it was still running perfectly!! It is also the best drinking water I have ever tasted!! They were also able to come out the very next day after I called. Overall this is a great company to deal with, they have the customers best interests in mind overall.....and the water....Fantastic!!
