What do you love most about your job?
Every customer has a different challenge, problems are a pleasure to take away. Although I have worked within huge companies IT departments as a consultant and/or contractor giving me a huge experience in both hardware and software
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been self employed most of my working life and would not consider going to an employer
Why should our clients choose you?
My attention to detail, I don't let problems beat me and I do not talk in computer gibberish I try to put everything in plain english. Most of my customers are retired probably because I am friendly and don't confuse people
Virus removal
Fast and cheap virus removal and I will leave your computer protected for the future
Windows repair
On PC's about 90% of problems turn out to be MS Windows playing up, I have been around this software since version 1 back in the 1980's and know all versions well
Laptop & Desktop repair
I can repair pretty much any fault with a PC/Laptop but will always advise the customer if I feel it is going to be more than the machine is worth
Networking & Wifi
I have been around networking since the very early days and can solve your networking problems
Computer sales
I often have computers for sale and also buy even dead laptops for spares so I can do cheap repairs for my customers
