What makes a great website?
A website has to not only look good, but it needs to be user friendly and accessible on all devices.
A beautiful website that is difficult to navigate, will drive visitors away.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
When starting a new project, it's important to undetstand what the client is looking to achieve.
Why they have struggled previously to achieve this and what they are looking to gain from any work.
Only then is it possible to prioritise the work and ensure the client gains the most from the short term gains and rewards.
What do you love most about your job?
We love helping SME's and sole traders to connect with new customers online.
Helping them to build and expand their businesses in a way that would not have been possible without the Internet.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked within the Digital Marketing industry for over 10 years. The move from In-House and Agency employee to Small Business Digital Marketing Agency owner was a natural one, to ensure I could focus on helping some of the millions of small business owners to achieve more online.
