Top marks for a top job at a really great price, bag zip duly restored along with a Velcro fastening (which they sorted without my having asked them, it was even included in their original cost so effectively carried out free of charge). What a great experience. The communication was fast and easy over email, which made me confident to post a bag and jacket to have the zips repaired. When I went to collect in person, we discovered the jacket zipper needed more work. The most amazing and kind people. When no one would fix my zipper elsewhere and the answer was always replacing it, which I didn't want, this place has done it in 30 minutes, with no flaws, at an incredible price and with advice of what to do to avoid breaking it in the future. I really recommend that you use this place if you need anything such as keys cut or repairs. Bill and his wife are so friendly and professional and great at what they do and their prices are reasonable. They have shortened new dresses, repaired a broken workbag and now it is stronger than when it was new. They changed the size of my son's new boxing shorts which I couldn't return.
