Savory and hearty Japanese beef curry made with beef, potatoes, carrots, mushroom, and Japanese curry roux, pared with jasmine rice, pickled ginger.

What do you love most about your job?
I love my job because everyone shares the same vision and is dedicated to the mission. This truly creates an environment where everybody is there for each other. “It is always changing — always evolving — and I get front row seats watching the process of a simple idea grow into a great business. Every day is different and it is a constant adventure. Feeling a sense of accomplishment when I am up against a deadline and we only have one shot to get it right and it turns out better than we could have imagined.
